EXPLANATION IN ENGLISH ON THE PROBLEM OF THE SPANISH SAILORS WITH NORWAY.

THE SAILORS FORGOTTEN BY NORWAY ABANDONED AND DISCRIMINATED

In the 1960s the rise of the mercantile economy of Norway, thousands of Spaniards were hired as sailors in the Norwegian merchant navy. Did all the legal procedures or the time and to top it of they paid taxes to Norway wich had never to be paid.
Despite all that retained Jobs until 1990s time that Norwegian shipowners sougth cheap labor. Many companions retuned to Spain, 12.000 Spanish sailors are still waiting for some kind of social rights from Norway or the refund of their taxes. Since the 1990s these Spanish sailors are still waiting for their rigths and that sad, social crime and shameful situation is repaired by Norway because it has been commited by their governments repeatedly for 30 years or more with 12.000 Spanish workers.
They have asked pollytically from the Parliament to the Norwegian State to decide upon it´s situation. But no one is pronounced.
Given this in defence of a fundamental rights suchs as recognition to a study conducted by compensation worthy in retirement or taxes refund.
We are going to file a complaint with the Norwegian courts and in case of refusal to the Court of Human Rigths in Strassbourg.
We are not afraid the power of the Norwegian ship owners Association nor the Norwegian Governament that always discriminated us.
We do not fear anything excep the silence of Norwegian people before this serius social injustice commited by Norway with this large group of Spanish citizens in number of 12.000, from wich Norway colleted 3.500 million or NRK in taxes.
In order to recive wath is right or a pension or the refund of the taxes that they have been forced to pay to Norway
